Fairly good location, everything in Kyoto felt like it was a 30-40 min walk away. The self check in procedure was straight forward, we didn't see a single member of staff during our 5 day stay which was unusual. We sent our bags from previous city and they were in our room waiting or us when we arrived which was very convenient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable and clean.

Spacious room with 2 very comfortable beds. Very quiet area and good noise insulation. Air conditioning was working very well. The bathroom was spacious with room to move around. There was a wet room (bath tub and shower) whith amazing water pressure.

Location was great! A short walk to the Kyoto station and any subway stations. About a 40 min walk from Gion!

We did checked in in their other premises (5 min walk) from Kyoto Station, and store my luggage there, and tell them, we will collect in the late afternoon. However, they delivered our luggage and put it in the room we were going to stay in. Really appreciate it!

Clean easy to use good location. I loved walking to the station along the path, it’s fairly easy to get to attractions. Find Hyde and Away up the road for delicious cakes!

Great room for the value. Neighbourhood was quiet and comfortable beds. Close to Kyoto train station.

Comfortable place, they have a washing machine that you can use which is handy. basic amenities like towel and toiletries, coffee are provided. They kindly provided is with more coffee and took garbage out on asking. only a 30 min walk to Nishiki market.
